In reference to a horse abuse case showing on Judge Judy tomorrow, I read this following quote online today:
“If it had been my horse…I would have been all over that women like a monkey on a cupcake. She wouldn’t have been mentally or physically available to make it to court or any other appearance. lol.”
I was laughing so hard tears were streaming down my face!

Another great Southernism I just read on the same board, in reference to the age of a horse, “If he is 7, then my ass is a chinese typewriter!” Only in the South! LOL
Wow, them’s hard words. I love Judge Judy – but how do you know what’s to be on the next day’s program? I’d love that! Can’t do that in Oz. Actually, I can only watch JJ when I’m home sick form work – about once a year!!
So whatever the story about the horse is, I’m with you – I hope the non-abuser won.
I haven’t watched Judge Judy in more than 15 years. I was just amused at the line of a comment I saw on a forum elsewhere. 🙂
Heard a bit about this show and the case. Sounds like the trainer got off without a guilty verdict, although at the very least, hopefully it will discredit her business a little and maybe people will think twice before sending a horse to her.
Maybe. The show wasn’t my point. It’s been discussed a lot in other places. Here, I was much more amused by the phrase…
“Monkey on a cupcake”…love that. Hadn’t heard it, but I haven’t spent much time in the south. I think I’ve missed out.
I tried to find some info on the show or a video. Didn’t find that particular episode, but I did find a cowhorse named Judge Judy on youtube. Kinda funny.
We cut cable months ago, but I heard it was a draw. It wasn’t so much the episode for me, as the phrasing I was finding in comments about the issue.
That’s funny. Sounds like someone heard my phrase, ‘Like a monkey humping a football’ and did their own spin-off. LOL (That is how I described Cathy Atkinson’s riding skilz a while back. Heeheehee)
LOL! Maybe! The same person came up with “… and I’m a chinese typewriter!” today! I the monkey on a cupcake, because I can’t even say it without cracking up! As for the chinese typewriter (yes, uncapitalized), I have no clue what it means or what one is, but it’s so out of left field it’s funny! And then I’m not sure if laughing is beyond the pale, so I laugh a bit at my uncomfortableness some more. They say wacky and crazy things down here.

Sounds like I’m missing out reading the forums and who knows even not watching Judge Judy. I had no idea they handled anything about horse abuse on JJ or monkeys on cupcakes in forums.
